From I-65 and I-264
From I-65 - Exit to I-264 East. Exit at Breckenridge Lane North. Exit #18B. Turn right onto Breckenridge Lane. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Dutchmans Parkway. Our office is in the Springs Medical Center located on the left.

From I-64 - Eastbound
From Downtown - Eastbound - Take I-64 East to Cannons Lane. Exit #10. Turn right onto Cannons Lane. Go to the stop sign (you will be facing the Jewish Community Center), turn left onto Dutchmans Parkway. Our office is in the Springs Medical Center and will be on the right before you get to Breckenridge Lane.

From I-64 - Westbound
From I-64 Westbound - Take I-264 West Via Exit 12. Take Breckenridge Lane Exit 18B. Turn Left onto Dutchmans Pkwy. Our office is in the Springs Medical Center on your left.
